1. Who We Are

This Privacy Policy applies to Litsail apps and the Litsail website operated by Capblock S.L. ("we", "us", or "Litsail"). If you have questions, contact us at info@gfan.io.

2. Information We Collect

Information stored on your device

• Subscription URLs, node links, node configuration, routing rules, and subscription metadata: stored locally on your device and app group container so the app and VPN extension can function.
• VPN configuration: stored through Apple's Network Extension framework after you approve the system VPN permission prompt.
• Purchase entitlement status: checked locally through Apple's StoreKit APIs to determine whether your one-time Litsail Pro purchase is active.

Information sent to third-party subscription providers chosen by you

When you import or refresh a subscription URL, the app connects to the URL you entered. That provider may receive standard network request information, such as your IP address, user agent, and the requested URL. Those providers are not controlled by Litsail.

Information sent to Litsail for ads and reporting

• Ad delivery: the app requests a list of available in-app sponsor ads for the launch and home placements, including app locale and placement.
• Ad events: for sponsor ads, the app may send impression and click events with campaign ID, placement, app version, build number, and event time.
• Ad reports: if you report an ad, we receive the ad ID, sponsor name, report reason, optional details you typed, app version, build number, and report time.
• Security metadata: our Cloudflare Worker may store a hashed IP address, user agent, and country code for rate limiting, abuse prevention, and ad reporting integrity.

Camera permission

If you use QR code scanning, the app requests camera access to scan subscription or node QR codes. We process the camera feed on device for scanning and do not capture, save, or upload photos or videos.

3. Information We Do Not Collect

• We do not require login for the iOS app.
• We do not collect your Apple ID, payment card number, or banking credentials.
• We do not upload your subscription URL, node configuration, routing rules, visited domains, DNS queries, VPN traffic content, or browsing history to our ad reporting service.
• We do not use IDFA or cross-app tracking in the current version.

4. How We Use Information

• To provide VPN client functionality and let you manage your own subscriptions and nodes.
• To check whether Litsail Pro is active and remove ads for Pro users.
• To show sponsor ads to free users in the main app interface.
• To count ad impressions and clicks, investigate reports, limit abuse, and maintain ad quality.
• To respond to support emails and legal requests where required.

5. Ads and Litsail Pro

The free version may show sponsor ads on the launch screen and home screen. Ads do not run inside the Packet Tunnel extension, do not appear in Apple's VPN permission flow, and do not inspect VPN traffic. Litsail Pro is a one-time non-consumable in-app purchase handled by Apple App Store. After purchase, the app uses StoreKit entitlements to remove ads.

6. Data Sharing

• Apple: handles App Store purchase processing and StoreKit entitlement verification.
• Cloudflare: hosts our ad campaigns, ad event, ad report, and website endpoints.
• Sponsor links: if you tap a sponsor ad, your browser or system may open the sponsor destination. The sponsor's own privacy policy applies after you leave Litsail.
• Legal compliance: we may disclose information if required by applicable law, court order, or lawful government request.

7. Retention

Local VPN and subscription data remains on your device until you delete it, clear app data, or uninstall the app. Ad events and ad reports are retained only as long as needed for reporting, fraud prevention, quality review, and legal compliance. We may anonymize or aggregate records for statistical purposes.

8. Your Choices and Rights

• You can remove subscription sources and local node configuration inside the app.
• You can disable camera access in iOS Settings.
• You can purchase Litsail Pro to remove in-app ads.
• You can review ad privacy information inside the app and on our Privacy Choices page.
• You may contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of personal data that we control, subject to applicable law.

9. Children's Privacy

Litsail is not intended for children under 13, or a higher age where required by local law. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

10. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date above and may provide additional notice in the app or on this website.
