These Terms of Use are a legal agreement between you and Capblock S.L. regarding your use of Litsail apps and websites. By using Litsail, you agree to these terms.

1. Service Scope

Litsail is a VPN and proxy client that allows users to import their own subscription URLs or node links. Litsail does not provide VPN servers, subscription traffic, or third-party network accounts.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required by your local law, to use Litsail. If you use Litsail on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to do so.

3. Your Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the subscription URLs, node links, and network services you choose to import.
• You must comply with applicable laws, platform rules, and third-party provider terms.
• You must not use Litsail for unlawful, harmful, abusive, or infringing activity.
• You must not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, overload, or misuse Litsail systems or related services.

4. Ads and Purchases

The free version may show sponsor ads. Litsail Pro is a one-time in-app purchase for permanent removal of launch and home ads. Purchases are processed by Apple App Store and may be subject to Apple's terms.

5. Third-Party Providers and Links

Litsail may interact with subscription providers, sponsor destinations, App Store services, or other third-party services chosen by you or necessary for app functionality. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, policies, availability, legality, or billing practices.

6. Availability and Disclaimer

Litsail is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every subscription format, or availability of any third-party service or node.

7. Intellectual Property

Litsail software, website content, trademarks, design, and related materials are owned by Capblock S.L. or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Capblock S.L. and its affiliates, directors, employees, or agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Litsail or third-party services.

9. Termination

You may stop using Litsail at any time. We may restrict access to related services if required by law, platform rules, security concerns, or violations of these terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain, excluding conflict of law rules. Disputes will be submitted to the competent courts of Spain unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
