Service Terms

These Service Terms supplement the Terms of Use and apply to Litsail Pro, sponsor ads, support, and the limits of the Litsail client.

1. Client App Only

Litsail is a VPN and proxy client. Litsail does not sell, provide, or operate VPN servers for users. You are responsible for obtaining and using any subscription URL, node link, or network service from your chosen provider in compliance with applicable laws and that provider's terms.

2. Free Version and Ads

The free version of Litsail may show sponsor ads in the main app interface, including the launch and home placements. Ads do not run inside the Packet Tunnel extension and do not inspect VPN traffic.

3. Litsail Pro One-Time Purchase

Litsail Pro is a one-time non-consumable in-app purchase that permanently removes launch and home ads for the Apple ID that purchased it, subject to Apple's App Store rules and availability.

• The displayed price is provided by Apple StoreKit and may vary by region, tax, and currency.
• Payment is processed by Apple. We do not receive your payment card number or Apple ID password.
• You can restore the purchase in the app while signed in with the same Apple ID used for purchase.
• Litsail Pro does not include VPN server access, subscription traffic, or third-party provider services.

4. Refunds

Apple handles refunds for App Store purchases. To request a refund, use Apple's refund process. We cannot issue refunds for Apple payment transactions directly.

5. Third-Party Subscriptions and Links

Subscription URLs, node links, sponsor links, and provider websites are controlled by third parties. We are not responsible for their availability, speed, security, privacy practices, legality, or billing terms.

6. Support

We provide support by email for Litsail app functionality. We may not be able to troubleshoot private third-party nodes without a redacted configuration sample. Do not send full private subscription tokens unless we specifically request them.
